About the Role
Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll be the key connection between our customers, workshop and parts departments. You'll deliver a seamless service experience, build lasting customer relationships and identify opportunities to maximise service and maintenance sales.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Managing customer bookings and service enquiries
- Providing accurate service recommendations and quotations
- Keeping customers informed throughout the repair and servicing process
- Promoting maintenance plans, repairs and additional service opportunities
- Coordinating with technicians, workshop control and parts to ensure efficient workflow
- Ensuring vehicles are completed and delivered on time
- Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and manufacturer standards
- Building robust customer relationships that encourage repeat business

About You




To succeed in this role, you will have:

- Previous experience as a Dealership Service Advisor (essential)
- A strong focus on customer service and delivering a premium customer experience
- Proven ability to upsell maintenance and repair solutionsExcellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time‑management abilities
- The ability to work in a fast‑paced dealership environment
- A positive, team‑oriented attitude
- A current Victorian Driver's Licence
