GLADMAC Electrical is looking for a qualified and experienced electrician to join our team in an electrical service and maintenance role.

You'll work across residential and commercial electrical maintenance, fault finding, repairs and upgrades, with opportunities to be involved in solar and battery installations as this side of the business grows.

The role

Your work will primarily involve electrical service, maintenance and fault finding, including:

Residential and commercial electrical fault finding, repairs and maintenance.

Lighting, power circuits and appliance installations.

Switchboard upgrades and electrical safety improvements.

Diagnosing electrical faults and carrying out repairs independently.

Air conditioning installations and associated electrical work.

Testing, commissioning and completing clear job documentation.

Opportunities to assist with solar PV and battery system installations.

You'll work independently on service jobs and alongside our team on larger installations, with opportunities to support and mentor apprentices.

Who we’re looking for

You’re a qualified electrician with solid service and fault-finding experience who takes pride in doing the job properly,



communicates well with customers and contributes positively to the team.

You'll bring:

A current Queensland electrical licence.

A White Card.

Strong electrical service, maintenance and fault-finding experience.

The ability to work independently, diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently.

A professional approach, attention to detail and good communication skills.

Confidence using job-management software and completing accurate job notes.

A willingness to learn and develop your skills.

Solar and battery installation experience and relevant accreditation are highly regarded but not essential. Electricians with strong service and maintenance experience are encouraged to apply regardless of their solar experience, with training opportunities available.
