You’ll receive hands-on training across our irrigation systems, software and electronics, with the prospect to develop skills in troubleshooting, soldering, circuit board repair and system setup.

What you'll do

Help customers and agents troubleshoot issues over the phone and email in a friendly, professional way

Record and manage support calls and updates in our CRM system

Assist with installing, testing and troubleshooting irrigation equipment

Diagnose and repair electronic circuit boards

Learn and develop your soldering and electronics skills

Assist with system setups and technical support

Help maintain and update technical documentation

Work with the team to solve problems and improve our support processes

What we're looking for

Comfortable using Windows and Microsoft Office

Interested in learning skills such as soldering and circuit board repair

A Certificate III in Electronics, Electrotechnology or a similar qualification is desirable, but we will consider candidates with equivalent practical experience and the right attitude.
