This is a full-time panel beater role based in North Narrabeen, NSW 2101. As a panel beater, you will be responsible for repairing damaged vehicles to the highest standard, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be part of a skilled team at Narrabeen Smash Repairs.
What you'll be doing
- Perform high-quality repairs to a variety of vehicle makes and models
- Use specialised tools and equipment to straighten, shape and align vehicle panels
- Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting and refinishing
- Ensure all work meets industry standards and safety requirements
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
- Formal qualifications in panel beating or a related automotive trade
- Proven experience as a panel beater, ideally in a smash repair workshop
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to liaise with customers and team members
- A driver's licence and your own tools are essential
