Kenbury is working with a leading advisory firm seeking a Vice President to join its Perth team, with a focus on General Industrials.

This opportunity will suit an experienced investment banking or corporate advisory qualified looking to take a lead role in transaction execution, develop client relationships and support the growth of the firm’s General Industrials coverage.

The role

-

Lead the day-to-day execution of M&A; and strategic advisory mandates.

Manage financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and transaction documentation.

Work closely with senior advisers and clients throughout the transaction process.

Oversee and develop junior team members.

Contribute to origination,



pitches and sector coverage.

Your background

-

Investment banking or corporate advisory experience at VP level, or an experienced Associate ready to step up.

-

Strong M&A; execution credentials and technical capability.

-

Experience across General Industrials or related sectors.

-

Confidence managing workstreams, guiding junior staff and engaging with senior clients.
