About us

Viewix is a Sydney video production agency creating content for everyone from enterprise corporates to start-ups and growing businesses. We’re a tight-knit team of 16, where account managers work side by side with our creatives every day.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage a portfolio of existing clients across a range of industries
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Identify opportunities to grow accounts through new video projects
- Collaborate with producers and creatives to deliver on client objectives
- Attend shoots and support the creative team as required

About You

- Experience in client relationship management, customer service or sales
- Robust attention to detail and intuitive problem solving skills




- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised, proactive and eager to learn
- Prior industry experience is not required; full training will be provided
- Able to work onsite at our Dulwich Hill studio full time
