Role: Lead Developer / SME – AI-Assisted Development & Testing

Type: Full Time – Permanent

Location: Melbourne (Hybrid)

Status: AU valid visa with full work rights

Skills: GitHub Copilot, AI-Assisted Development and Testing, Prompt Engineering, Java, Microservices, Technical Leadership

Experience: 10–12+ years

Requisites:

- Proven experience using GitHub Copilot and AI tools to accelerate software development and testing.
- Ability to apply prompt engineering and AI-assisted coding techniques in real-world projects.
- Experience using AI tools to improve test case generation, automation and code quality.
- Mentor developers and testers on effective AI adoption and best practices within the squad.
- Solid technical leadership, code review and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot and microservices.
