Roster Options

- Weekdays: Monday-Friday | 6:00 am-2:30 pm | 40 hours per week
- Weekends: Saturday-Sunday | 6:00 am-2:00 pm | 15 hours per week

Please note, this position is scheduled to commence in January 2027.

What You'll Be Doing

- Prepare and present high-quality breakfast offerings with a focus on freshness, flavour and consistency
- Deliver bulk cooking and food preparation to a consistently high standard
- Maintain an organised, efficient kitchen to ensure seamless breakfast service
- Uphold rigorous food safety, hygiene and kitchen presentation standards
- Work collaboratively with the culinary team to deliver an exceptional dining experience





Desired Skills And Experience What You'll Bring

- A recognised trade qualification in Commercial Cookery
- Qualified kitchen experience, ideally within premium catering, hotels, residential colleges or high-volume hospitality
- Strong culinary skills, including bulk preparation and service
- A discerning eye for presentation, quality and attention to detail
- A professional, team-oriented approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen
- Ability to obtain the required National Police Check and Working With Children Check
