Rockhampton Regional Council is seeking a hands-on Supervisor in the Safety, Training and Well-being team to provide expert WHS advice, lead the Safety Unit's day-to-day operations and coach high-performing teams across a diverse organisation.
You will develop and implement safety management systems, conduct incident investigations, manage hazard/risk controls, ensure compliance, and partner with leaders to drive continuous improvement while keeping people protected.
