KMH are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Village Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mining village in Western Australia on a 2:2 FIFO roster.

This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with a strong background in village management, hospitality or facilities management.

About the Role As the Village Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of village facilities, maintaining high standards of accommodation and services, and leading a team to deliver a secure and welcoming environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee daily village operations, accommodation and facilities.
- Lead, manage and support village staff and contractors.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation and customer service.
- Coordinate maintenance, inspections and general village upkeep.
- Manage staff rosters, reporting and administrative requirements.
- Ensure compliance with site safety policies and procedures.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.





About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience in village, accommodation, hospitality or facilities management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- Experience managing contractors and coordinating site services.
- Sound understanding of workplace health and safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Current C Class Driver's Licence.
