We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Certificate III and Diploma-qualified Early Childhood Educators and Room Leaders to join our centres in Mount Pritchard and Fairfield for a full time role.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver high-quality education and care alongside a passionate team of educators.
- Foster positive and meaningful relationships with children and families.
- Support the planning and implementation of educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
- Maintain safe, clean and engaging learning environments.
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF), National Quality Standards (NQS) and child safety requirements.
- Observe, document and contribute to children's learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with families regarding children's learning and wellbeing.
- Support the implementation of Montessori philosophy and practices.
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative and qualified team culture.
- For Room Leaders, provide leadership, mentoring and support to your room team.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent).
- Current Working with Children Check (WWCC).
- Current First Aid Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
- Sound knowledge of the NQF, NQS and EYLF.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development.
- The ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Strong organisational skills and a proactive approach to work.
- Commitment to providing exceptional education and care.
- Previous leadership experience (highly regarded for Room Leader positions).
