- Competitive Salary: Earn $111,500 – $128,000, based on your experience and responsibilities. Enjoy a bonus structure of $80 per hour for exceeding KPI targets.
- Work Flexibility: Autonomously manage your calendar and choose between a 9-day fortnight or a condensed working week.

Your Role:
- Lead and mentor a team of Occupational Therapists, fostering growth and collaboration.
- Split of caseload to management responsiblities (60% caseload/ 40% managerial responsiblities)
- Manage a paediatric-dominant mixed caseload, including neurodiverse conditions like GDD, ADHD, ASD, intellectual disabilities, and more.
- Provide top-tier care for NDIS (90%) and private clients (10%).
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
- AHPRA registration
- Unrestricted working rights in Australia
- Drivers licence and own vehicle
