If you're tired of unrealistic KPIs, excessive admin, and feeling like a number, this could be the change you've been looking for.

This is an organisation that genuinely trusts its therapists. You'll have the autonomy to manage your diary, shape your caseload around your interests, and focus on meaningful outcomes rather than chasing billable targets.
Why clinicians are choosing this organisation:
• Low KPI environment focused on quality over quantity
• Adaptable hybrid model with work-from-home autonomy
• Tailored caseloads based on your clinical interests
• Strong admin support so you can spend more time being a therapist
• Genuine flexibility to manage appointments around your life
• Uncapped professional development and ongoing learning opportunities
• Travel allowance and equipment provided
• Supportive leadership team made up of experienced clinicians
• A culture that values wellbeing, collaboration, and sustainability
The Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you'll work with NDIS participants across community settings, supporting individuals to achieve meaningful goals and maximise independence.

Your responsibilities will include:
• Conducting functional assessments and occupational therapy evaluations
• Developing personalised intervention plans aligned with participant goals
• Providing evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Completing reports and recommendations for NDIS funding and supports
• Collaborating with families, support coordinators, carers, and allied health professionals
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation
• Managing your own schedule with flexibility and autonomy
What We're Looking For
• AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Experience working within the NDIS sector (or a strong interest in NDIS)
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently while remaining connected to a supportive team
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
• NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working With Children Check where applicable
• Full Australian working rights
Whether you're looking for more flexibility, stronger support, a lighter KPI expectation, or simply an organisation that values its clinicians, we'd love to have a confidential conversation.
