The Organisation

The organisation has a large multidisciplinary team including experienced Occupational Therapists and other allied health professionals. With dedicated team leaders and senior clinicians, the organisation is ideally set up to support graduate and early career Occupational Therapists.

There is a strong emphasis on professional development, mentoring and regular clinical supervision. Clinicians have access to structured support programs and opportunities to develop their clinical skills across a range of paediatric therapy areas.

The Role

This is an excellent chance for a graduate or early career Occupational Therapist looking to develop their clinical skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team.

You will work with a paediatric caseload, providing assessment and intervention across clinic and community settings.

The organisation offers a structured approach to supporting early career clinicians, with weekly supervision, monthly professional development and access to experienced Occupational Therapists and dedicated team leaders.

You will have the opportunity to develop your skills across a range of paediatric presentations while working closely with children, families, carers and other professionals.

As your experience develops, there are opportunities to explore specific clinical interests and progress into more senior clinical or leadership positions.

Qualifications / Essentials

• Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy or equivalent
• Current AHPRA registration or eligibility
• Graduates and early career Occupational Therapists encouraged to apply
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• Current driver's licence
