About the Centre

- Community-based preschool catering for children aged 3–5 years
- 40-place service with a close-knit, welcoming team
- Supportive, relationship-focused environment
- Term-time only role! Enjoy 12 weeks off per year!
- Work Monday to Friday

This role would particularly suit educators who are passionate about inclusive practices, community engagement and creating meaningful learning experiences for children.

You will work collaboratively with the team to:

- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Contribute to engaging play-based learning experiences
- Support children’s learning, wellbeing and development
- Embed cultural perspectives and inclusive practices into everyday learning




- Create warm and nurturing learning environments
- Work alongside a passionate and supportive team

About You:

- Hold a Cert III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
- Have a genuine passion for early childhood education
- Value inclusion, diversity and community connection
- Have strong communication and teamwork skills
- Bring a positive and proactive attitude
