Working closely with the Executive Leadership Team and Board, you will play a pivotal role in shaping a contemporary, high-performing People & Culture function that balances organisational purpose, operational excellence and sustainable workforce outcomes.

The Opportunity
This is a highly influential executive leadership role, with responsibility for driving a whole-of-organisation people transformation agenda.
Key priorities will include:

- People Strategy & Transformation: Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide people strategy, aligning workforce capability, culture and organisational performance with strategic priorities.
- Executive Partnership: Partner with the Board and Executive Leadership Team to shape a future-fit workforce strategy, balancing organisational purpose, compliance and commercial performance.
- HR Transformation & Technology: Drive improvements across people systems, HR technology, workforce analytics and operating models to deliver a more connected, efficient and data-driven function.
- Leadership & Organisational Capability: Build leadership capability, strengthen accountability and foster a high-performing, values-led culture across a geographically dispersed workforce.
- Employee & Industrial Relations: Provide strategic oversight of complex ER/IR matters, workforce risk, industrial frameworks and employment compliance.
- Health, Safety & Wellbeing: Champion a proactive approach to workplace health, safety and wellbeing, with particular emphasis on psychosocial safety and sustainable workforce performance.
- People Leadership: Lead, develop and inspire a multidisciplinary People & Culture team, strengthening business partnering and the delivery of high-quality HR services.

About You
We are seeking an accomplished,



commercially astute People & Culture executive who brings a strong track record of leading transformation within complex, operationally diverse organisations.

You will demonstrate:

- Significant senior leadership experience as a General Manager, Head of People & Culture, HR Director or equivalent.
- Proven success leading enterprise-wide people transformation, organisational change and workforce strategy.
- Strong expertise across employee and industrial relations, workforce governance, risk and compliance.
- Experience modernising HR operating models, people technology and workforce analytics.
- The ability to influence at Board and Executive level while maintaining a practical understanding of operational workforce challenges.
- A demonstrated commitment to developing high-performing teams, leadership capability and positive organisational culture.
- Strong commercial acumen, sound judgement and the ability to balance people outcomes with organisational performance.

Experience within large, multi-site, highly regulated or service-intensive environments will be highly regarded. Exposure to aged care, health, disability, community services or other purpose-driven sectors would be advantageous.
