About the Role

As Centre Director, you will take responsibility for the overall leadership, management and day-to-day operations of the service.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading, mentoring and supporting a passionate team of educators
- Maintaining high standards of education, care and compliance
- Overseeing staffing, rostering, budgets and centre performance




- Building strong relationships with families and the local community
- Driving occupancy, enrolments and overall centre success
- Creating a positive, collaborative and engaging workplace culture
- Ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant regulations

About You To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

- Previous experience as a Centre Director or Centre Manager
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF, NQF and National Quality Standards
- Excellent leadership, communication and people management skills
- Experience managing centre operations, occupancy and budgets
- A genuine passion for early childhood education and developing high-performing teams
- A proactive, confident and hands-on leadership approach
