City of Ballarat is seeking a Civic Events Officer to lead planning, delivery and review of civic recognitions and events. Ensure alignment with policies and priorities, coordinate openings, launches and Citizenship Ceremonies in partnership with state and federal offices.
You will promote a qualified image, work with internal teams and dignitaries, manage competing priorities, and contribute to a high-performing Civic Support team while maintaining integrity and confidentiality.
