Description

Horsham Rural City Council is seeking a motiviated and reliable Civil Construction Labourer to join the Urban Infrastructure Team.

The role involves providing general labouring support and operating minor plant and equipment to assist with construction, maintenance and repair of footpaths, kerb and channel and drainage infrastructure throughout the municipality.

Skills and Experiences

The successful applicant will have a current Medium Rigid (MR) truck licence and a strong commitment to workplace safety, teamwork and delivering quality work.

Experience operating an excavator and front-end loader/backhoe, along with relevant current plant operator licences, would be highly regarded.

A Certificate III in Civil Construction would also be an advantage.
