We're Kiindred. An independent, purpose-led group of brands working across parenting & lifestyle.

We're looking for a Client Partner (either Account Director or Senior Account Manager level) to join our team and help drive the next chapter of our growth.

We're not your typical publisher, platform or agency. We've spent the past decade building a business around modern parents and the brands that want to connect with them. And with some exciting new launches on the horizon, there's plenty happening.

? Kiin Creators: Our creator platform and talent network that's launching very soon.

⚡️ Kiin Agency: Our creative agency bringing strategy, content, production and digital experiences together to make great work happen.

What you'll be doing

Own and grow client relationships. Be the main point of contact for a portfolio of brands, building strong, long-term partnerships and identifying opportunities to do more together.

Drive commercial growth. Spot opportunities across existing accounts while proactively developing new business relationships and converting leads into partnerships.

Connect brands with our ecosystem. Understand how Kiindred's media, content, production and creator offerings work together, recommending solutions that make sense for each client.

Lead campaigns from brief to delivery. Work closely with the rest of the team to ensure projects are delivered smoothly, on time and to a high standard.

Create compelling proposals. Turn client briefs and business challenges into thoughtful, commercially sound ideas, recommendations and presentations.

Help grow Kiin Creators.



Introduce existing brands and agencies to our creator platform, demonstrate its value for ongoing partnerships.

Keep an eye on performance. Understand campaign objectives, communicate results and use insights to strengthen client relationships and inform future opportunities.

Take ownership. Stay across budgets, revenue targets, forecasting and your pipeline, with the confidence to manage priorities and make things happen.

What we're looking for

5+ years' experience in strategic account management, client partnerships or a similar commercial role, ideally within publishing, media, creative agencies or creator/social agencies.

A natural relationship builder who genuinely enjoys working with people and knows how to turn a good client experience into a lasting partnership.

A commercially minded thinker who is equally comfortable growing an existing account and opening doors to current opportunities.

Someone who understands the world of content, creators, social media and digital publishing, and is excited about where it's heading.
