The Star Sydney seeks a passionate Sous Chef to join our Sovereign Kitchen team, delivering exceptional dining experiences in a luxe VIP setting. You will mentor junior chefs, lead Asian and Western stations, and uphold HACCP standards while maintaining high-quality service.

Eligible candidates bring Chef de Partie/Jr Sous Chef experience, relevant cookery qualifications, and a commitment to 40 hours per week with weekend shifts in a busy, modern kitchen workplace.
