We are looking for a proactive, organised and customer-focused Sales Operations Officer to join our WA team in Wangara.

n

n

This is a fast-paced and hands-on role where you’ll play a critical part in driving the accurate and timely delivery of customer orders, coordinating activities across Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Service teams and suppliers to ensure customer commitments are met.

About the Role

n

Reporting to the Sales Administrator Team Leader, you’ll coordinate customer orders from receipt through to fulfilment, delivery and invoicing while ensuring customers receive accurate and timely information throughout the process.

n

n

Your responsibilities will include:

n

n
- Processing customer sales, service and project orders accurately using JDE.
n
- Coordinating customer orders from entry through to fulfilment, dispatch and invoicing.
n




- Liaising with customers regarding order status, lead times, product availability and delivery requirements.
n
- Monitoring stock levels and coordinating supply requirements to support customer commitments.
n
- Raising and managing purchase orders with local, interstate and international suppliers.
n
- Working closely with Sales, Warehouse, Supply Chain, Service and Production teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
n
- Preparing work orders, pick slips, delivery documentation and invoices.
n
- Identifying and resolving potential supply, production or delivery issues before they impact customers.
n
- Maintaining accurate ERP records and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Assisting with customer enquiries, quotations and general sales support activities.
n

About You

n

You are a highly organised and proactive professional who thrives in a busy operational environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service and accurate administration.

n

Ideally, you will have:

n

n
- Experience in Sales Support, Customer Service, Internal Sales, Order Management or a similar role.
n
- Experience within manufacturing, mining, industrial, engineering or supply chain environments.
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
n




- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
n
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
n
- Experience using ERP systems such as JDE, SAP, Pronto, Oracle or similar.
n
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Teams.
n
- A customer-focused, solutions-driven mindset.
n
- The ability to work collaboratively across multiple departments and stakeholder groups.
n
