- Brings 2–4+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, or content creation




- Is confident across Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut
- Understands how to create for performance across TikTok, Meta, and other digital platforms
- Can turn hooks, scripts, or insights into high-performing visual content quickly
- Loves experimenting with formats, layouts, and editing styles to see what resonates
- Thrives in fast-paced environments and can manage both speed and quality
- Collaborates easily with strategists, performance marketers, and creators
- Is curious, switched on, and eager to grow while producing work that sets the standard
