Delivery Leadership Experience

- Significant experience leading complex technology, data, digital, or transformation initiatives.
- Proven success managing multiple Agile squads and concurrent delivery workstreams.
- Experience delivering against quarterly business outcomes, strategic roadmaps, and executive commitments.
- Strong portfolio delivery experience with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
- Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, financials, and stakeholder expectations.

Technical & Data Platform Knowledge

- Strong understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics ecosystems, and enterprise data capabilities.
- Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Hubs, or modern data platforms.
- Exposure to technologies such as Databricks, Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud-based data ecosystems.
- Ability to understand technical complexities and translate them into business impacts and delivery decisions.




- Confidence engaging with technical teams while maintaining a strong business outcome focus.

Stakeholder & Leadership Skills

- Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Strong influencing, negotiation, and conflict-resolution capabilities.
- Ability to align diverse stakeholder groups around common goals and priorities.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and governance forums.
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
