What you’ll do:
As Digital Growth & Performance Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Leading and implementing digital growth strategies to increase supporter acquisition, donor conversion, retention and lifetime value.
- Planning, delivering and optimising digital marketing activity across paid and owned channels, and designing and improving supporter journeys and website experiences to lift conversion, repeat engagement and retention.
- Using analytics, attribution and user insights to understand how people behave online, improve conversion, retention, campaign effectiveness and return on investment, working closely with our data and technology teams.
- Overseeing marketing technology, digital platforms,
agency and supplier relationships to ensure systems and services are fit for purpose and optimised.
- Leading and coaching the Digital Fundraising Coordinator while building digital capability across the Fundraising and Public Engagement team.
Why work with us?
You’ll join a team that values initiative, learning and impact — and gives you space to bring your best work. We offer a range of advantages including:
- Generous base salary including 17.5% annual leave loading
- NFP salary packaging benefits (up to $15,899 tax free)
- Health and Wellbeing program
- A flexible and supportive working environment including working from home options
- Additional leave and substitution of public holidays
- Employee Assistance Program
About You To be successful in this role you will bring:
- Demonstrated experience in digital performance marketing, growth marketing, digital fundraising or a related field, delivering measurable acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue outcomes.
- Proven ability to develop, implement and optimise digital growth, fundraising and marketing strategies using data, audience insights and performance metrics.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience using analytics and attribution insights to identify opportunities and support evidence-based decisions.
- Experience managing paid digital activity, supporter, customer or donor journeys, conversion optimisation, testing, personalisation and marketing technology platforms.
- Proven ability to manage agencies and suppliers,
communicate complex insights to varied stakeholders, and lead and develop staff in line with CARE Australia’s values.
