IRM Group is an established Melbourne commercial construction and interior fitout company operating for more than 30 years.
We are seeking a reliable, hands-on person to coordinate and carry out deliveries, organise materials at our Yarraville factory and assist on construction sites.
Working with our Site Supervisors, you will organise supplier orders, plan your daily delivery runs and help keep our commercial fitout projects supplied with the materials and equipment they need.
Permanent full-time employment with an established commercial fitout company.
Monday–Friday hours with a 3 pm finish.
Variety across driving, warehouse work and construction sites.
Vehicle, phone and equipment supplied for work purposes.
Training in our materials, suppliers and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Collect and deliver construction materials, tools and equipment across Melbourne.
Organise supplier orders and plan daily delivery runs with our Site Supervisors.
Pick and load materials at our Yarraville factory, preparing the following day’s deliveries where possible.
Receive incoming deliveries and keep stock, tools and project materials organised.
Collect surplus materials and waste,
and assist with bin movements.
Carry out basic material preparation and assist with site labouring as required.
About You
This role would suit someone with experience in construction deliveries, building supplies, warehousing or a trade environment.
You will need:
Positive organisation and communication skills.
Familiarity with common construction materials, tools and equipment.
The ability to work independently and plan your day.
Confidence using hand and power tools.
The ability to safely load, unload and move materials.
Basic computer skills for emails and recording orders.
Confident driving a small manual delivery truck.
Reliable vehicle or transportation to get to and from work

Vehicle & Equipment
IRM Group will provide the delivery vehicle, mobile phone and other equipment required for the role.
The delivery vehicle remains at our Yarraville factory, so you will require your own reliable transport to and from work.
