We're hiring: Executive Assistant to the CEO, with a Chief of Staff pathway

? Kensington, Melbourne | In office, five days

You're good at your job. Probably very good.

You see what's broken and you know how to fix it. You've also got a head full of ideas nobody asks for.

But somewhere along the way, being "the reliable one" started to feel a little boring.

We're looking for an exceptional EA to work directly alongside the CEO across a group of fast-growing companies, with a genuine pathway into a Chief of Staff role.

You'll sit across multiple businesses, leadership teams, projects and priorities. You'll join the dots and make sure nothing falls through the cracks.

You'll run the CEO's world and help run the operating rhythm around it. When you spot an issue, you'll fix it early, then work with our AI engineers to automate the fix so it never comes back.

You'll use frontier AI every day, inside a business that is literally building AI operating systems for other companies.

You won't wait for permission, and you'll never hear "let's circle back."

You'll get the autonomy you've been asking for. The catch is, you'll need to use it.

- EOS experience, or time as a strong Integrator, is even better
