Be part of an iconic 10-year rail upgrade project across Perth, supporting improvements to rail cables and signalling systems as part of the $1.6 billion High-Capacity Signalling (HCS) program.
- Monday - Friday
- Base rate $45 plus super
- OT x1.5 first two hours
- OT x2 after first two hours
- Night shift x 1.5 for all hours
- Bayswater, Midland Rail Line
- Potential for day as well as night shift
- Operate under Tier-1 rail network requirements and awareness
- Critical cable management - figure 8 ing
- Cable hauling and infrastructure preparation
- Site and telecommunication tool management
Prerequisites and
- Current WA Drivers Licence
- Construction White Card
- PTA Rail Safety Induction (willing to complete)
- CAT 3 rail medical (willing to complete)
- Proven experience working around fibre optic cabling
- Proven experience with figure 8 ing cable on the ground
- Capability to handle heavy manual labour in an outdoor civil works setting
