Job Description

As a Bartender, you'll play a key role in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere, serving everything from barista-quality coffee and premium beverages to wines, beers, and cocktails. Working alongside a passionate hospitality team, you'll help deliver the high standards of service that our guests have come to expect from two of Australia's most iconic brands.

Whether guests are beginning their journey, returning home, or stopping over between flights, you'll help make every visit to the lounge a memorable one.

What You'll Be Doing

- Crafting and serving premium coffee, cocktails, wines, beers, spirits, and refreshments.
- Providing genuine, friendly, and qualified service to every guest.
- Creating a welcoming and relaxed lounge atmosphere.
- Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-presented bar area.
- Monitoring stock levels and replenishing products as required.
- Following RSA, food safety, and workplace health & safety requirements.
- Working collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver a seamless guest experience.
- Ensuring high standards of presentation and service are consistently maintained.
