About the Role
As a Bar Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading daily bar operations, supporting and developing team members, and ensuring every guest receives outstanding service. You will be a hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in creating memorable guest experiences.
What You'll Be Doing
- Leading and motivating a team of bartenders and food & beverage attendants
- Delivering exceptional service standards and creating memorable guest experiences
- Overseeing daily bar operations, service delivery, and presentation standards
- Ensuring beverages are prepared and served consistently to specification
- Managing stock control, ordering, and inventory processes
- Coaching, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Monitoring RSA compliance and maintaining all health, safety, and liquor licensing requirements
- Handling guest feedback professionally and resolving issues efficiently
- Supporting rostering and labour management requirements
- Driving a positive team culture focused on excellence and hospitality
