We are seeking an experienced Integration Analyst / Business Analyst with robust knowledge of enterprise application integration and business processes, preferably within the construction industry.

The ideal candidate should understand how different applications communicate, exchange data, and integrate business processes. The focus is on integration concepts and end-to-end integration knowledge rather than expertise in any specific integration tool.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather and analyse business and system integration requirements.
- Understand end-to-end data flows between applications and identify integration dependencies.
- Document functional requirements, interface specifications, data mappings, and business rules.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and solution architects.
- Support integration testing, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and UAT.
- Analyse APIs, web services, middleware,



data transformation, and real-time or batch integrations.

Required Skills

- 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Integration Analyst.
- Strong understanding of enterprise application integration and system-to-system data flows.
- Knowledge of APIs, REST/SOAP services, middleware, data mapping, and integration patterns.
- Excellent requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
- Construction industry experience is highly desirable.

Integration Tools: Exposure to Azure Integration Services, MuleSoft, Boomi, Workato, or similar platforms is advantageous but not mandatory.

Key Requirement: Strong understanding of how integrations work end to end, regardless of the specific technology or tool used.
