We are looking for a confident, relationship driven and highly organised Client Strategist to work closely with our clients from the beginning of their property investment journey. This is a key client facing role focused on understanding each client’s goals, financial position, investment objectives and long term plans, then helping shape a clear property strategy alongside our buyers agency team.

About the role

Based in the Sydney CBD office, you will work closely with clients, management, buyers agents and the wider House Finder team. As a Client Strategist, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the early stages of their investment journey, understanding their objectives and helping translate those goals into a clear property acquisition strategy. You will maintain regular communication throughout the search process, explain market and property strategy, manage client expectations and ensure the internal acquisition team has a clear understanding of each client's requirements. This role sits at the centre of the client relationship and requires strong communication, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in property investing.

Key responsibilities

- Conduct strategy and onboarding meetings with new clients
- Understand each client's financial position, investment goals, risk profile and long term objectives
- Assist in developing clear property investment strategies aligned with client goals
- Prepare and maintain detailed client property briefs
- Work closely with buyers agents and acquisition teams to communicate client requirements




- Provide clients with regular updates throughout the property search process
- Explain market strategies, property fundamentals and investment considerations in a clear and professional manner
- Manage client expectations around pricing, locations, property types and market conditions
- Build strong, long term relationships with clients
- Maintain accurate CRM notes, client records and strategy documentation
- Ensure consistent communication standards across the client journey

About you

- Previous experience in real estate, property investment, finance, client strategy or relationship management
- Buyers Agency experience is highly regarded
- Strong understanding of property investment fundamentals
- Confident communicating with investors and discussing property strategy
- Excellent relationship building and client management skills
- Robust written and verbal communication
- Ability to explain complex information in a clear and simple way
- High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities at the same time
- Strong proficiency with CRM systems and database management
