About KROF

KROF is a Melbourne-designed cutlery brand creating premium cutlery for homes, restaurants and hospitality venues.

We've built a strong reputation within the Australian hospitality industry, with KROF used by some of the country's leading restaurants and venues. We have a product we're incredibly proud of, a strong brand and plenty of ideas about where we want to take it next.

Our next big opportunity is taking what we've built within hospitality and bringing KROF to a much larger consumer audience.

That's where you come in.

The role

We're looking for a Marketing & Growth Manager to take ownership of KROF's day-to-day marketing and help us turn ideas into action.

We're a small business and we're not short of ideas. What we need is someone who can make them happen.

You'll work closely with the founders on the overall direction of the brand, but you'll have plenty of autonomy to manage the execution. One day you might be organising content with a food creator, the next you'll be planning the month's social calendar, reviewing a Meta campaign or improving an email flow in Klaviyo.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your week sitting in meetings or preparing marketing presentations. It's hands-on and you'll have a genuine opportunity to influence how KROF grows.

What you'll be doing

- Owning and managing KROF's social media and content calendar
- Making sure our social channels are active, current and consistently producing great content
- Building relationships with food, cooking,

lifestyle and hospitality creators in Australia and internationally
- Developing our UGC program and creating a consistent pipeline of quality content
- Identifying creators we'd love to see using KROF and getting our products into their hands
- Briefing and coordinating photographers, videographers, creators and other external partners when required
- Managing our Meta advertising in-house, including campaigns, budgets, creative testing and performance
- Owning email marketing in Klaviyo for both consumer and trade audiences, including planning campaigns and building effective automated flows
- Reviewing and improving existing flows, segmentation, branding, messaging and timing, and testing and measuring performance to improve efficiency and conversion
- Helping develop and execute digital campaigns, promotions and product launches
- Coordinating website improvements, landing pages, blog content and other e-commerce projects
- Helping improve the way we communicate the quality, design and story behind KROF to consumers
- Keeping an eye on performance and identifying opportunities to grow traffic, engagement, our audience and ultimately sales

About you

We're less interested in an impressive corporate CV and more interested in finding someone who understands modern consumer marketing and knows how to get things done.

You'll probably have a few years of experience working in marketing, digital, social or e-commerce, ideally with a consumer, lifestyle, food, hospitality or design-led brand.

You'll be comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do next.

Experience with Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Klaviyo, email marketing, social media and digital analytics would be highly regarded. You don't need to be a photographer, graphic designer or copywriter, but you should have a good eye for content and know how to coordinate the right people to produce it.

Most importantly, you'll understand what makes a brand feel relevant online and be excited about helping us build KROF's consumer audience.

Why KROF?

This is a rare opportunity to join a small brand that's already established a solid reputation but still has a huge amount of growth ahead of it.

You'll work directly with the people who own the business, have real input into what we do and have the freedom to make things happen without layers of approvals.

The role is initially three days per week, with flexibility around how those days are structured and the opportunity to increase as the workload grows. You'll work predominantly from home, with some in-person time around Melbourne for creator meetings, shoots and working with us. A company laptop will be provided.

Salary: $80,000 + super per annum FTE, pro rata ($48,000 + super for three days per week).

If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. Tell us a little about yourself, the brands you've worked with and, most importantly, show us some of the work you're proud of.
