We are seeking a full time Paralegal to join our team.

Requirements:

- Experience: 1–2 years of experience as a Paralegal, Legal Assistant, or in a similar role, preferably within an immigration law firm.
- Immigration Experience: Experience with visa applications, tribunal matters, and immigration-related office operations.
- English: Fluent written and spoken English is required.
- Preferred but not required: Additional languages – Italian, Portuguese, or Mandarin.

- Case & Project Management: Experience using Monday.com and migration management systems.
- Reporting & Metrics: Ability to track key performance indicators and prepare clear,



timely reports.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and attention to detail.
- Confidentiality: High level of discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Independence: Ability to work with minimal supervision, take initiative, and manage responsibilities effectively.
