What you will do?
- Prepare and present high-quality pastries and desserts in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Support service across premium dining areas and event catering, maintaining consistency under pressure
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and WHS practices, including working in line with HACCP principles
- Assist with prep, stock rotation, and keeping your section organised and service-ready




- Contribute to a team culture built on clear communication, calm service, and high standards

More about you

- Pastry experience in a qualified kitchen (events, hotels, catering, or high-volume service is ideal)
- A trade qualification in Patisserie (or equivalent practical experience)
- Strong attention to detail and pride in clean, consistent presentation
- Confidence working to tight timeframes, with a steady approach during peak service
- A team-first mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Ability to work a variety of shifts over a 7-day-a-week roster
