About the role
No two days will be the same! You’ll have the chance to make a real difference in our residents’ lives by helping them move better, feel stronger and enjoy greater independence. Using evidence-based assessments and a person-centred approach, you’ll create engaging, innovative treatment plans that support each resident to reach their goals and live life to the fullest.
You’ll also team up with our fantastic multidisciplinary team to share your expertise, deliver high-quality physiotherapy and help every resident feel their very best!
About you
You’re passionate about helping older people live life to the fullest! You love making a difference, supporting residents to reach their goals and celebrating the little wins along the way. You’ll bring experience in assessing, planning, delivering and reviewing resident care, always keeping their individual needs and wellbeing at the heart of everything you do.
In addition, you will also possess:
- Bachelor of Physiotherapy
- Registration with AHPRA
- Adaptability and ability to deal with changing or unexpected situations
- Ability to effectively use client management and IT systems including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong research,
analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
- National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
