The Opportunity

We're looking for a proactive and people-focused Reliability Leader to drive the reliability, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our site services, buildings, and grounds. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you'll lead a skilled team to improve plant reliability, deliver key projects, and ensure safe, compliant operations that support production targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Asset Care & Reliability by driving preventative maintenance programs, reducing downtime, and improving equipment performance.
- Manage Critical Site Services including boilers, water systems, HVAC, compressed air, wastewater treatment, fire systems, security systems, and site infrastructure.
- Develop and Lead Teams through coaching, mentoring, technical training, and strong safety leadership.
- Drive Continuous Improvement using root cause analysis, reliability programs, and Operational Excellence principles.
- Deliver Projects from planning through to execution,



ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
- Ensure Compliance & Safety by maintaining legislative requirements, contractor management processes, and site safety and quality standards.

What you’ll bring

- Engineering or Trade Qualified with proven experience in food manufacturing, ideally within dairy, nutritional, process plant, or site services environments.
- Strong maintenance and reliability expertise, including CMMS management, asset care programs, preventative maintenance, and continuous improvement practices.
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams while fostering a strong safety culture.
- Project management and problem-solving capability, with experience delivering improvement initiatives, driving root cause analysis, and managing competing priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and influence outcomes across the business.
