The Opportunity

We're partnering with an established Australian organisation to find a Senior Martech Engineer to help shape and improve its marketing technology and customer data ecosystem.
This is a hands-on senior technical role focused on connecting platforms, improving digital measurement, and ensuring customer data flows reliably across a complex technology environment. You'll work across engineering, analytics and marketing teams to build scalable integrations and help evolve the organisation's martech capabilities.

What You'll Be Doing

- Design, build and optimise integrations across marketing technology, CRM, analytics and customer data platforms.
- Develop and maintain APIs, webhooks, event streams and data pipelines to support reliable data collection and activation.
- Improve digital measurement, event instrumentation, tagging and server-side tracking across web, app and other digital channels.
- Work with tools and platforms such as customer data platforms (CDPs), Google Analytics,



tag management systems and marketing automation solutions.
- Use SQL and JavaScript or Python to support integrations, data validation, troubleshooting and automation.
- Help ensure customer data is accurate, reliable and handled in line with privacy, consent and governance requirements.
- Contribute to technical architecture decisions and provide guidance on integration design and best practices.
- Explore opportunities to improve measurement across emerging channels, including AI-powered and conversational experiences.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years' experience across integration engineering, martech, digital analytics, customer data or a similar technical discipline.
- At least 3 years operating in a senior or lead technical capacity.
- Solid experience with digital measurement, event instrumentation, tag management and/or server-side tracking.
- Practical experience working with APIs, webhooks, event-driven integrations and data pipelines.
- Working knowledge of SQL and JavaScript or Python.
- Experience with platforms such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, CDPs, CRM systems or marketing automation tools.
