About the role

We are seeking a talented and organised Project Coordinator - Tiling & Construction to join our team on a full-time basis at the start of 2027. This role is essential to ensuring the smooth planning, scheduling, and coordination of our tiling and construction projects. As Project Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our project delivery, managing timelines, resources, and communication to ensure every project runs efficiently and meets our high standards. This is an on-site and work from home position with room to grow within the company.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and maintain comprehensive project schedules and timelines using industry standard planning tools

- Coordinate project resources, including labour, materials, and equipment allocation across multiple projects

- Liaise between clients, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure clear communication and project alignment

- Monitor project progress and identify potential delays or risks, implementing corrective actions as needed

- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, progress reports, and budget tracking

- Assist in managing project budgets and ensuring cost-effective resource utilisation

- Track material deliveries and manage inventory to avoid project delays

- Conduct site visits and meetings to assess progress and address any issues

- Update stakeholders regularly on project status and milestones





- Support the management team with administrative tasks related to project delivery

What we're looking for

- Proven experience in construction or tiling project coordination or a related role within the construction industry

- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

- Willingness to learn or have past experience with scheduling software Tradify

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams

- Knowledge of construction planning, scheduling, and resource management best practices

- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting

- Problem solving ability and flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements

- Full Australian driver's licence and willingness to conduct regular site visits

- Experience in the tiling or construction industry is highly desirable

- Familiarity with building codes, safety regulations, and project compliance requirements is preferred
