By George Hairdressing is looking for a passionate, experienced Salon Manager or Senior Hair Stylist to join our team in our beautiful, modern salon located in Aspley, Brisbane.

We’re looking for someone who brings more than just exceptional hairdressing skills. We want someone who takes pride in their work, understands the importance of building lasting client relationships and is motivated to contribute to a successful, thriving salon.

The Opportunity

- Trading days Tuesday to Saturday

About You

To be successful in this position, you will:

- Be a fully qualified and experienced hairdresser (Certificate III in Hairdressing minimum)

- Have an established client base





- Have experience working towards and achieving KPIs and sales targets

- Be confident in all aspects of hairdressing, including cutting, colouring, styling and consultations

- Have excellent communication and customer service skills

- Be motivated, reliable and professional

- Take pride in delivering exceptional client experiences

- Be available to work between Tuesday and Saturday

- Have a positive attitude and enjoy working within a team

For Salon Manager Applicants

In addition to the above, we are seeking someone who has:

- Previous salon management or leadership experience

- Confidence in leading, motivating and supporting a team

- Experience monitoring salon KPIs, productivity and individual staff performance

- Strong organisational and time management skills

- The ability to manage day-to-day salon operations while maintaining their own clientele

- A genuine passion for helping a salon and its team succeed
