About the role

This is a flexible, contractual opportunity to partner with JAY Finance as a Finance Referral Partner / Business Development Partner. You will identify and introduce potential customers requiring finance solutions across home loans, investment property loans, commercial property loans, business loans, and asset finance. This role can be undertaken alongside your existing employment, business or other commitments.

Key responsibilities

- Identify and introduce potential customers requiring finance

- Build and maintain a consistent referral pipeline

- Develop qualified relationships within your network and local community

- Follow up with prospective customers and referral opportunities

- Work collaboratively with JAY Finance to support business growth

About you

- Motivated individual with drive to build relationships and generate regular business referrals

- Strong personal, professional or community networks

- Integrity and commitment to generating consistent referrals

- Networking ability

- Based in Sydney or Brisbane

- Previous finance industry experience is an advantage but not essential

Important: This is a contractual, 100% commission-based opportunity. There is no fixed salary or guaranteed income. Earnings are dependent on eligible referrals converting into settled finance transactions, in accordance with the agreed terms.
