We're a small, close-knit team looking for a pool service technician to join our crew. We're after a true team player who's hands-on and takes ownership of their work.
No two days are the same. You'll primarily be out on the road servicing customers' pools, with time in our Melton retail store sharing your expertise with our loyal customers, and time in our workshop repairing robot pool cleaners and pumps.
Key responsibilities
- Installing and servicing quality pool equipment such as pumps, filters, chlorinators and automated cleaning systems
- Performing pool and spa maintenance, including water testing and balancing
- Diagnosing and fixing equipment issues, on site and in the workshop
- Offering professional advice on pool equipment, upgrades and maintenance
- Delivering excellent customer service on every job and every sale
- Keeping your work organised and your customers informed
About you
- Genuine people skills. You enjoy talking with customers and building trust
- Hard working,
self-driven and comfortable working autonomously
- Confident using power and hand tools
- Able to safely and regularly lift heavy bags of pool chemicals
- Current Victorian driver's licence
- Willing to work across on-road, retail and workshop duties
- Good time management and clear communication, written and verbal
- Pool industry experience is a bonus, but attitude and willingness to learn matter most. Full training provided
