An exciting opportunity is available for a 2nd Year Apprentice Cook to continue their apprenticeship with Rascal’s at Cowaramup Brewing Co.

Located in Cowaramup, this is a great prospect to continue developing your commercial cookery skills while gaining hands-on experience in a busy kitchen environment.

About the Role

Working alongside the Head Chef and kitchen team, your duties will include:

- Assisting with daily food preparation and cooking
- Preparing a variety of veggie and meat menu items
- Assisting with stocktakes and meal planning
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen
- Following food safety and hygiene requirements

About You





The ideal candidate will:

- Have completed their first year of a Commercial Cookery apprenticeship
- Have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Be able to work effectively in a busy kitchen
- Have good time management skills

This is a fantastic opportunity for a second-year apprentice looking to continue their Certificate III in Commercial Cookery while further developing their skills and gaining valuable industry experience.
