As Manager it's up to you to drive our vision, provide and thrive as a smooth operator in a fun and lively environment. You will need the ability to lead and monitor team.
THE RIGHT APPLICANT WILL DEMONSTRATE:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience
- A deep understanding
- Service is at the heart of everything you do - ensuring all operations are in line for smooth service and a memorable guest experience
- A genuinely charismatic, energetic personality with a desire to succeed
- Ability to monitor employees for professionalism and presentation with performance management and mentoring as required
- A positive and respectful management style that will set the benchmark for a dynamic team
- Excellent communication, multi-tasking and problem-solving skills
- Flexible availability
- Must have a current WA RSA certificate, Approved Managers card and full Australian working rights
- An ability to train and nurture staff is critical, to ensure longevity
- Attention to detail - awareness of all touchpoints of the guest experience, with the pro-active nature required to make improvements as necessary
