Here's how you'll be a part of our team

As a Yard Coordinator at Coates Pinjarra, you'll be at the centre of our day-to-day operations, taking ownership of a busy yard that supports customers within an active mining and industrial environment.

From coordinating equipment movements and managing traffic flow to supporting our workshop and operations teams, you'll play a key role in keeping the branch safe, organised and running efficiently.

As well as providing a high level of customer service, you will:

- Coordinate day-to-day yard activities and equipment movements
- Load and unload equipment safely and efficiently
- Direct trucks and manage traffic movements within the yard
- Maintain an organised, secure and efficient work environment
- Support the workshop and operations team to meet customer requirements
- Identify equipment requiring maintenance or attention
- Prioritise tasks, solve problems and take initiative without requiring constant direction
- Follow site safety requirements and lead by example in all aspects of safety and compliance

What you'll bring to the role

- Forklift Licence and MR Driver's Licence
- Experience loading,



unloading and moving equipment safely in a high traffic operational environment
- A proactive approach and ability to identify priorities without waiting for direction
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple activities throughout the day
- Excellent communication skills and the confidence to work with drivers, tradespeople, customers and contractors
- A strong commitment to safety and maintaining high standards in the workplace
- Previous experience in mining, industrial, transport, logistics, warehousing or equipment hire environments will be highly regarded
- A team-first attitude and genuine desire to contribute to a small, high-performing branch team
