Infinity Pro is seeking a Technical Data Lead / SAP Master Data Management Architect to strengthen asset information within an established SAP S/4HANA Enterprise Asset Management environment.

The organisation is bringing information from multiple source systems into a consistent asset-management solution. You will help business teams agree what their data means, how it should map into the established structure and what is required to make it accurate, reliable and usable.

This is a business-facing asset-data leadership role with practical technical depth. It suits an experienced SAP EAM Data Lead, Asset Master Data Lead or data-migration specialist who understands operational asset information—not just the movement of data between systems.

You will work within an existing solution and asset-data blueprint, supporting consolidation, stabilisation and controlled improvements rather than redesigning the entire environment.

Essential Experience

- Solid experience with asset-management data and business processes, including asset records, hierarchies, attributes, classifications and relationships.
- Knowledge of SAP EAM/PM or a comparable enterprise asset-management system, with direct SAP S/4HANA experience particularly relevant to this assignment.
- Experience leading data mapping, formatting, cleansing, transformation, validation and reconciliation across multiple sources.




- Ability to understand data models, field definitions, data types and table relationships, and translate operational requirements into practical data rules and technical requirements.
- Experience establishing data quality, governance, ownership, templates and reporting requirements, and supporting testing, migration/upload readiness and operational adoption.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to align business data leads, SMEs and technical specialists.
- EAM/ALM knowledge relevant to asset-data delivery. Please distinguish Asset Lifecycle Management experience from SAP Cloud ALM knowledge and describe the activities you have performed.

Highly Regarded but Not Essential

- Transport, maritime or other heavy-asset industry experience would be advantageous.
- Useful additional experience includes SAP asset-data migration, cutover or hypercare, post-go-live stabilisation, integration of multiple asset registers and GIS-linked asset information.

Experience with specific migration or data-quality tools is useful, but no single tool replaces the need to understand asset data, business rules and operational requirements.

What You Will Do

- Work with business data owners and SMEs to understand source data, inconsistent definitions and operational needs.




- Agree and document source-to-target mappings, attribute definitions, formats, validation rules and ownership.
- Guide cleansing and data preparation, resolving quality issues and coordinating decisions where sources conflict.
- Advise technical leads on the business meaning of data and the implications of proposed attribute or data-model changes.
- Review extracts, mappings and prepared datasets to support testing, upload readiness, reconciliation and reporting.
- Define clear reporting and data-quality measures, giving stakeholders visibility of progress and unresolved risks.
- Support analysts and SMEs with practical guidance while maintaining traceable decisions and reusable documentation.

Working Arrangements

Milsons Point is the primary office, with 50% onsite attendance. Travel to other offices, including Newcastle or Tugun, may be required on occasion.
Candidates must have appropriate Australian working rights and reside in NSW for the assignment.
