Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network is seeking an Enrolled Nurse to join the Community Aged Care - Support at Home team in Mount Barker. You will work alongside Registered Nurses to deliver high-quality, person-centred care in patients' homes across the Adelaide Hills and Barossa Valley, with travel in a government vehicle.

This full-time, 38-hour week role is temporary to 30 June 2027, offering a salary range of $67,883 to $76,413 per annum plus penalties and advantages, with salary
