Theory Crew is an integrated PR, influencer marketing and social media agency based in Melbourne. Our client suite extends across global and local household brands, including Brown Brothers, Hada Labo, Tanologist, Isle of Paradise, INIKA, DB Cosmetics, Sunny Queen, Authentic Asia, Brioche Gourmet, Tilda Rice, Carman’s, Toni & Guy, Impulse, V05 and many others.

As PR Account Director, you will be at the heart of our client relationships, leading high-impact campaigns and mentoring a talented team. Reporting into our Head of PR, you will set the strategic direction of campaigns, ensure quality and profitability across your portfolio, and drive client retention and growth.

You’ll be the senior day-to-day contact for your clients, leading PR strategy across earned and sponsored media, influencer, social, events and activations, while staying hands on with media relations, copywriting and strategic communications. You’ll also work across both client retention and new business, growing existing accounts and supporting pitches alongside senior management.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years PR experience in an agency role
- Deep industry knowledge across the media and sponsored media landscape, with solid media contacts and network
- Proven success in leading multiple client campaigns, with a strong track record of meeting KPIs
- A robust understanding of influencer marketing, social media platforms and reporting
- Experience managing client budgets, profitability and revenue, with a commercial,



sales-minded approach
- A strategic thinker who balances vision and detail, with a knack for problem-solving and issues management
- Loves leading, coaching and mentoring teams, fostering a positive and high-performance culture
- Excels in relationship-building, communication and leadership
- Calm and confident under pressure, and comfortable managing multiple projects
- Driven by growth, creativity and delivering outstanding client results
