Role Description The Real Estate Operations Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Croydon, VIC, responsible for overseeing day-to-day agency operations.



This role coordinates sales and property management workflows, supports residential and commercial listing processes, and ensures that auctions, inspections, and leasing activities run smoothly.

The Operations

Manager supervises administrative procedures, manages office systems, and maintains accurate documentation and compliance with relevant real estate regulations. The role includes collaborating with sales and property management teams, optimizing productivity, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous improvement in client service standards.

Manager also assists with resource planning, vendor relationships, and contributes to the implementation of operational policies and best practices across the agency.
