Join MEGT as an Arboriculture Trainee

Are you a motivated and reliable individual looking for a career in Arboriculture? MEGT has a fantastic opportunity with one of our clients for a Trainee within the City of Salisbury SA.

About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands-on experience. Your duties will include but not be limited to:

- Assist with tree maintenance activities, including pruning, planting, removal and general tree care.
- Maintain trees, screens and public spaces to support a secure, clean and welcoming community.
- Operate tools, machinery and vehicles safely while completing maintenance tasks.
- Work collaboratively with the team to complete daily tasks and support other Council maintenance operations as required.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures, maintain equipment and keep accurate records of work completed.
